Dr. Fish is the Medical Director of Denver Health’s Peña Urgent Care Clinic in Denver, Colorado, a Federally Qualified Health Center urgent care clinic that delivers more than 27,000 visits per year. In her Medical Director role, she is responsible for clinician supervision, clinic operations, nursing/support staff leadership supervision and collaboration with the greater organization. Additionally, she is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She has clinically precepted more than 200 learners and has presented more than a dozen state and national webinars. Dr. Fish is a recipient of the Joseph Toscano Inspiring Excellence Award from the College of Urgent Care Medicine. In 2025, she became Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Urgent Care Medicine.
Dr. O’Malley is an emergency physician and educator with more than 20 years of experience in emergency and urgent care settings. He earned his medical degree from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University and completed his residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. He is the creator of The Laceration Course and The Abscess Course, which are used by urgent care centers, emergency departments, and residency programs across the country. Dr. O’Malley has presented at national conferences and serves on the Editorial Board for Evidence-Based Urgent Care.
Dr. Davidoff has practiced Urgent Care Medicine for more than 15 years, after spending 15 years working as an emergency physician. She is currently an Assistant Professor in Family Medicine at the Florida State University College of Medicine and practices at BayCare Urgent Care in Tampa, FL. Dr. Davidoff is the Editor-in-Chief of EB Medicine’s Evidence-Based Urgent Care and host of sister podcast Evidence-Based Urgentology; a member of the Board of Directors of the Urgent Care Association; and the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the College of Urgent Care Medicine's Urgent Caring publication. Dr. Davidoff has lectured extensively both locally and nationally on a variety of topics related to emergency medicine and urgent care medicine. She has worked as a case reviewer for the New York State Department of Health Office of Professional Misconduct and has served as an expert witness for multiple legal firms throughout the United States.
Chrysa Charno has been a practicing Physician Assistant for more than 20 years. Her career began in surgical orthopedics but went on to include weekends in emergency medicine/urgent care. Her specialty focus has also included many years in plastic and reconstructive surgery and dermatology. In 2009, she was the first PA to graduate with an MBA from the Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology; a few years later, she became the first PA to be elected to the Board of Directors of the College of Urgent Care Medicine, for which she later served as Vice President. She is the owner/CEO of AcuteKids Pediatric Urgent Care in Rochester, NY.
