Meet the Instructors

Tracey Quail Davidoff, MD, FACP, FCUCM

Tracey Quail Davidoff, MD, FACP, FCUCM, has practiced Urgent Care Medicine for more than 15 years, after spending 15 years working as an emergency physician. She is currently an Assistant Professor in Family Medicine at the Florida State University College of Medicine and practices at BayCare Urgent Care in Tampa, FL. Dr. Davidoff is the Editor-in-Chief of EB Medicine’s Evidence-Based Urgent Care and host of sister podcast Evidence-Based Urgentology; a member of the Board of Directors of the Urgent Care Association; and the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the College of Urgent Care Medicine's Urgent Caring publication. Dr. Davidoff has lectured extensively both locally and nationally on a variety of topics related to emergency medicine and urgent care medicine. She has worked as a case reviewer for the New York State Department of Health Office of Professional Misconduct and has served as an expert witness for multiple legal firms throughout the United States.

Jeff Willis, MD

Jeff Willis, MD, is an emergency physician with more than 20 years of clinical experience working in emergency departments of all sizes. He holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration and has held leadership roles at several hospitals, including serving as the medical director for a Level I trauma center. Dr. Willis is now a full-time medical-legal consultant working with medical malpractice attorneys (both plaintiff and defense) to help them understand the strengths and weaknesses of their cases, with a focus on prelitigation and pretrial services.
