Dr. Ee Tay, MD
Dr. Tay completed medical school at the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency and fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Children’s Hospital at Montefiore in Bronx, New York. Dr. Tay continued training in a pediatric emergency medicine ultrasound fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, where she is currently an Assistant Professor of emergency medicine and pediatrics. Her current clinical research includes the use of ultrasound for appendicitis, pulmonary diseases, and soft tissue evaluations. Aside from her interests in ultrasound research and education, Dr. Tay has also amassed a large collection of medical photography from her patient contacts throughout her clinical career. She has been published in numerous research journals and books, and she has contributed numerous photographs and images for medical education. She is pleased to join Pediatric Emergency Medicine Practice as an editor in the Visual Diagnosis section.
