Steven Bin, MD

Steven Bin, MD, earned his medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine in 1999 and completed his Pediatrics residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami in 2002. After completing a Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital in 2005, he worked at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in Tacoma, WA, for 7 years. He moved to San Francisco in 2013 to join the newly founded Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Benioff Children’s Hospital. He is an Associate Clinical Professor in Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Bin is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and American College of Emergency Physicians. He is interested in airway, head trauma, healthcare operations, and health information technology.
