Sounds like cocaine chest pain with a taser herring.

Could be a retained spike from the end of the wire. Depending on the brand of taser, it’s like a 22 callibur bullet with spikes. CXR is indicated to rule out ballistic trauma to the heart or injury resulting in a pneumothorax.
