Log in and click “My Profile & CME Records” or "Access My Content" on the top right side of the page.

+How do I obtain a paid confirmation or paid receipt?

Log in and click “My Profile & CME Records” at the top right side of the page and click “ My Order History” or click "Access My Content" and "My Order History." You can also contact customer service at 1-800-249-5770 (outside U.S.: 678-366-7933) or ebm@ebmedicine.net.

+How do I stop receiving emails?

Click the “SafeUnsubscibe” link at the bottom of any email or contact 1-800-249-5770 (outside U.S.: 678-366-7933) or ebm@ebmedicine.net.

+How can I reach customer service?

Customer service can be reached Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm EST at 1-800-249-5770 (outside U.S.: 678-366-7933) or ebm@ebmedicine.net.

+How do I change my address?

Log in and click “My Profile & CME Records” at the top right side of the page, or "Access My Content" or call 1-800-249-5770 (outside U.S.: 678-366-7933), email ebm@ebmedicine.net, or fax 770-500-1316 with your first and last name, your old and new mailing address.

+What payment methods do you accept?

Personal and business checks.

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express

Check Cards (also called debit, ATM, or banking cards) with a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Credit or Check Cards issued by foreign banks. In some instances, customers may need to call their banks to authorize international transactions.

At this time, we are not able to accept: Discover Card, cash, or payment upon delivery (COD)

+What are cookies?

A "cookie" is a small piece of information sent by a web server to store on a web browser so it can later be read back from that browser. This is useful for having the browser remember some specific information, such as your username and password, so you do not have to re-enter them each time you visit the website.

+ What content can be used without requesting permission?

This website and all resources created by EB Practice, LLC are intended for the use of the individual user only and may not be copied in whole or part or redistributed in any way without the publisher’s prior written permission - including the reproduction for educational purposes or for the internal distribution within your hospital, library, group practice, or other entity. +What types of CME credit can I receive with my subscription?

AMA Category 1: EB Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for clinicians. Each issue is approved for 4 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM (total: 48 per year).

ACEP Accreditation: Emergency Medicine Practice and Pediatric Emergency Medicine Practice are also approved by the American College of Emergency Physicians for 48 hours of ACEP Category 1 credit per annual subscription.

AAFP Accreditation: Emergency Medicine Practice has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 48 Prescribed credit hours per year by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Term of approval is for two years from the date listed on each issue of Emergency Medicine Practice.

AOA Accreditation: Emergency Medicine Practice and Pediatric Emergency Medicine Practice has been approved for 48 Category 2B credit hours per year by the American Osteopathic Association.
