+How long does it take to receive my order?
You can choose to receive your order by immediate online download or mail. If you choose immediate online download, there will be a link on the confirmation page and in your emailed receipt to download the product. If you choose mail, your order will be shipped by the United States Postal Service fist class mail within 48 hour of your order, and you should receive it within 7-10 business days.
Expedited Shipping: We offer UPS Next Day and Ground shipping for most items. Please contact 1-800-249-5770 or email@example.com if you would like expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is not available for items shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.
PO Box Shipping: Items shipped to a PO Box address must be shipped by USPS mail. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address. You should receive your order within 7-10 business days.
APO/FPO Shipping: Items shipped to APO/FPO destinations will be shipped by USPS mail within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Delivery times vary.
International Shipping: All international orders are shipped by USPS mail. Shipments may take up to four weeks to arrive.
Internet Shipping: Almost all of our information resources are available for immediate online download.
+Can I place an order with different shipping and billing addresses?

+What payment methods do you accept?
Personal and business checks
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
Check Cards (also called debit, ATM, or banking cards): with a Visa or MasterCard logo.
Credit or Check Cards issued by foreign banks. In some instances, customers may need to call their banks to authorize international transactions.
At this time, we are unable to accept: Discover Card, cash, or payment upon delivery (COD)
Please note: All credit or check card purchases will charged immediately once the order has been submitted. Charges will appear as “EB Practice LLC.”
+Can I change my order?

+What is a promotion code?
A promotion code discounts the price on either a single item or an entire purchase. If you received a promotion in the mail, your promotion code can be found on the order card. If you received a promotion by email, your promotion code can be found in the small type at the very bottom of the email.
+How do I use a promotion code?
After adding items to your cart, click “View Cart” at the top right side of the page. Enter your promotion code on this page, click “Update Cart,” and your new price will appear.
+Why isn't my coupon/promotion code working?

+How do I add or modify items in my shopping cart?
To add items to your cart:
go to the EB Store
, choose a category, and click the “Add To Cart” button.
To remove items in your shopping cart: click “View Cart” at the top right of the page and click the “Remove” button next to the item you wish to remove.
+How do I view my previous orders?
Log in and click “My Profile & CME Records” at the top right of the page and then click “My Order History” or click on "Access My Content" and then "My Order History."
+Do you charge sales tax?
We charge a 7% sales tax only for orders shipped to Georgia. The sales tax will automatically be added to your total at check out.
+I do not need CME credits; can I receive a discount on my order?
EB Medicine authors and reviewers are experts in the field who rigorously review the literature to ensure the highest quality, evidence-based information. CME credits are a free benefit for our customers, and our prices reflect the cost of our extensive editorial process without charging for CME. For this reason, we are not able to offer discounts for orders without CME.
+What is a wish list?
Your wish list enables you to save items you are not yet ready to order. To save an item to your wish list, click “Add To Wish List” below the product in the EB Store. (Note: This button will only appear if you are already logged in; if you are not logged in, please log in
and then visit the store to see this button.) To view your wish list, click "My Profile & CME Records" and scroll to the bottom of the page; items in your Wish List are listed in the "Products In Your Wish List" box. To order items from your wish list, click the title of the product and then click "Add To Cart." At this time, the Wish List feature is only available to current customers. This feature will be available to all customers soon; please check back frequently!
